I made pasta from scratch this evening, and it took me a long time. This really surprised me because it is a super simple recipe called Spatzle. Or so I thought. I estimate it took me about 2.5 to 3 hours to make! I just keep telling my self that it was my first time and that I'll get better. But finally when I tried some of the finished product, BAAM! Wow, what a flavor. My favorite way to have it so far is with evoo (extra virgin olive oil) and garlic. I highly recommend it to those of you who are carb-a-vors like I.
