It's been awhile since i last posted. I'm not sure any one is reading anyway. But that's ok if your not reading, but then you wouldn't see this so here's to you. :) Thanks. I graduated last February from high school. I took the GED and past with ease. I did really good and yet I have to go to summer school at a local collage! I thought that adolescent kids and ignorant people went to summer school, no offense but I'm a bit ticked at the whole thing. A lot of people have sent me cash and checks along with nice words. Thanks to every one who did, you know who you are. Lucky for me my collage has a summer class that is being taught by a great professor on a subject I love, Astronomy! And now its official, I'm a freshman.
But some good has arose. I singed up for a cooking class at our local Tai/Vietnamese restaurant, Indochine. It has excellent food, great service and the owners are really great people. I love the combination of the sweet nutty coconut and the slicing heat of the chili peppers not to mention all of the different curries. I am so excited to get my hand on cooking. We are going to make spring rolls, Tai noodle combination bowl and for dessert, sticky rice with mangoes and sweet coconut milk.
That's all the time I have for right now.
